AcuTip for ‘SCIATICA’

Sciatica pain is caused by compression of a spinal nerve root in the lower back affecting the back, hip, and outer side of the leg. Points on ear and hand help to release the compression and reduce inflammation on the nerve there by reducing the pain. According to Sujok center finger of both hands corresponds to the leg. Another way to reduce pain is by rolling acupressure ring on the center fingers as it helps to release the blockages on the Gall bladder meridian and Urinary bladder meridians which fall on the sciatica nerve.

Acupuncture is considered a technique for balancing the flow of energy or life force — known as qi or chi (CHEE). This energy is believed to flow through pathways in human body. Acupuncture involves a number of procedures involving stimulation of anatomical locations in the skin.
